Ocean 11 is an excellent seafood restaurant with magnificent sea view, located in the Tallinn Port cruise terminal – on one side the sea and on the other side the harbor. We have floor-to-ceiling windows that create a spacious view and make the restaurant pleasantly bright. Our building has won an architectural award, with the Tallinn Port Old Harbor Cruise Terminal and rooftop promenade winning the Development Project of 2021 category.

We are recognized by the White Guide 2023 and Falstaff 2024 quality awards and are members of the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association.

While most of our delicacies come from the sea and ocean, we also offer forest and farm produce, as well as meat dishes. Our head chef, Marianne Laht, prepares dishes from carefully selected fresh and high-quality ingredients, always prioritizing local organic products.

We follow sustainable practices and adhere to Green Key criteria. Our services are environmentally friendly—we sort waste, use water, electricity, and other resources efficiently, serve tap water, and prefer domestic and organic ingredients.

Ocean 11 restaurant is an ideal venue for business meetings as well as private events (private parties, client events). Our spacious and high-ceilinged restaurant can accommodate up to 160 guests with à la carte service. The restaurant is divided into two halls, offering opportunities for private parties with live music, private business meetings, and standing receptions for up to 200 guests. In the summer, we also have two terraces, accommodating a total of 280 guests.
