Welcome to a seafood restaurant with a magnificent view!

Ocean 11 is a magnificent seafood restaurant with stunning sea views, located at the Tallinn Cruise Terminal – with the sea on one side and the harbor on the other. We have floor-to-ceiling windows that create a spacious sea view and make the restaurant pleasantly bright. We have been recognized with the White Guide 2023 and Falstaff 2024 quality awards and are a member of the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association.

We base our operations on the principles of sustainable development and adhere to Green Key criteria. We offer environmentally friendly services by sorting waste, conserving water, electricity, and other resources, serving tap water, and preferring local and organic ingredients in our offerings

Majority of our delicacies come from the sea and the ocean, but forest and agricultural products – along with different meat dishes – are also represented. Our head chef Marianne Laht highly appreciates local and seasonal produce and combines traditional cooking methods with modern techniques.

Ocean 11 is the perfect place for hosting both business meetings and private events. The restaurant is divided into two halls with a total surface area of 350 m², along with two large outer terraces. Ocean 11’s interior rooms (both A and B halls) hold 130 guests a la carte / 150 guests standing. The front terrace holds 80 guests and back terrace holds 200 guests.
